What is the return policy?

No return is granted for change of mind purchases. If your purchase is damaged or not functioning as described, let us know and we will inform you how to go about returning the item.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Order processing can take up to 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Standard and Express shipping available.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally and imported into Australia where stock is stored in our warehouse in Perth, WA. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia wide standard shipping is free. If you need your order faster, you can select express shipping for $10. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
